While the location was convenient with easy access to the airport and local attractions like the NASCAR Hall of Fame, we encountered some issues with our room reservation. the hotel offers complimentary airport shuttle services, which was a nice convenience for us as we were traveling by air. Despite the comfortable bed and clean room, there was a mix-up with our reservation for a king size room, and we were assigned a queen size room instead. the room also seemed dirty and possibly already occupied before our arrival. Although the manager was unable to provide us with a different room, the staff was friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the outdoor patio with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. However, the lack of resolution regarding our room concerns left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, Courtyard By Marriott Charlotte Airport/Billy Graham Parkway has the potential to be a great choice for both business and leisure travelers, with its convenient location and modern facilities. However, improvements in room management and customer service could elevate the guest experience to truly outstanding.
